MaloMalo Restaurant is seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional dining service and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, presentable, and possess strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities: ● Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner ● Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly ● Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times ● Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas ● Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally ● Support supervision of junior service staff when required ● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Requirements: ● Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution (preferably Boma International Hospitality College or Utalii College) ● 3–4 years’ experience in a busy, high-end restaurant or hospitality setup ● Strong supervisory and team coordination skills ● Knowledge of barista operations and basic coffee preparation ● Excellent communication and customer service skills ● Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality ● Good height and professional appearance ● Age: 33 years and above
Key Competencies: ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Attention to detail and service excellence ● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ● Leadership and team support capability ● Positive attitude and professionalism
