We’re an eMobility fintech helping taxi drivers purchase brand new electric vehicles and access formal financial services. We increase driver incomes by 300%, while the EVs contribute to reducing air pollution by 85% and carbon emissions by 65%, compared to the old cars used previously!

We’ve already sold and operated dozens of EVs and are working closely with key partners like PNUD Bureau du Sénégal, Ministère des Transports terrestres et aériens du Sénégal, British Embassy Dakar, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Senegal, 3MD Energy SA, Be Energy Sénégal to ensure the EV ecosystem is ready for fast growth and maximum impact!

We’re hiring a Finance Lead to help us scale from a strong early base ($600k revenue in 2025, $5mprojected 2026), and to expand to a multi‐market platform across West & Central Africa

This role will sit at the centre of fundraising ($9m Seed Round planned for late 2026, debt and equity), portfolio performance, unit economics, and building the systems that let us go from tens of vehicles to thousands

You’ll thrive here if you: 1) love to hustle and want real ownership of the finance function in a fast-growing startup; 2) are excited to build models one day, talk to investors and government the next, and help design new credit and climate‐finance products the day after; and 3) care deeply about proving business can be a force for good!

It’s a full time role, with a starting salary of 1.5m CFA per month, growing to 2m CFA per month when viable and deserved, and stock options through our ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) to ensure we grow together
