We are looking for:
An eager, well-organised Administrator who will be responsible for supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across administrative and stock control functions.
Knowledge and abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Time management skills
Responsibilities:
Back Orders & Reporting
- Monitor back orders and assist with stock control.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data records.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates and follow-ups.
- Process sales orders and ensure system accuracy on K8.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
Inter-Branch Coordination
- Manage inter-company stock transfers.
- Coordinate next-day ICT requirements.
- Oversee bulk supply top-up stock coordination.
- Assist with stock discrepancies, issues, and adjustments.
POD & Documentation Control
- Scan, upload, and verify all PODs on the WMS.
- Maintain and update POD registers.
- Send PODs and credit notes to clients upon request.
Reception & Administration
- Relief reception duties and general office administration.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic).
Boxes to tick
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
- 2years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in stock capturing and credit note processing is advantageous.
