  1.  Planning and executing business strategies to grow the company by identifying new opportunities, forming partnerships and adding value to the company.
  2. Develop and implement detailed account plans that align with overall business objectives, including sales targets, marketing strategies and budget management
  3.  Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, focusing on the understanding their needs and building trust.
  4.  Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets by driving sales of a company`s products or portfolio of the drugs across designated accounts
  5.  Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and healthcare teams to deliver solutions and achieve mutual success.
  6.  Market Analysis: Be up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
  7. Training the marketing team members on product knowledge.
  8.  Budget Management: Manage account budgets effectively ensuring profitability and maximizing on ROI.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of science degree in Pharmacy (BPharm), Biochemistryand Biomedical Sciences.
  • Experience in product development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and key accounts management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
