Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or territories.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue partnership and collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals to offer tailored solutions.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3 To 5 years of experience in Business development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry-specific knowledge or experience (Telcom, Infrastructure, fiber, solar, energy solutions, renewable energy) is a must.
- Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
