INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT - SHOWROOM RETAIL (CAPE TOWN)

An opportunity exists for an Internal Sales Consultant within a high-end showroom environment, assisting clients with product selection and sales of tiles, sanitaryware, taps, and related interior products. The role involves managing customer projects from consultation through to quotation and closing, while maintaining premium service standards and supporting showroom presentation and operations. Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Design flair and ability to work with interior or renovation projects advantageous
• Strong numerical and arithmetic ability for quoting and measurements
• Computer literate (SAP and MS Office advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced showroom environment
