- Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, programme, and quality standards
- Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders
- Monitor construction programming, cost reporting, and project performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting
- Manage project risks, claims, and dispute resolution processes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Building or Civil Engineering
- SACPCMP Professional Registration as a Construction Manager (Mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years post-registration experience
- Extensive construction industry experience on building projects
- Proven ability to manage between 1–3 sites concurrently
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel extensively between project sites
