- BSc in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction discipline
- GBCSA Green Star AP and IFC EDGE Expert certification required
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure to Green Star building projects (minimum one project required)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks in construction
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Dependable and structured working style
