Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping for U.S. business clients

· Record financial transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date ledgers

· Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

· Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances

· Assist with monthly financial reports and expense tracking

· Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems

· Support payroll coordination, budgeting, and basic financial analysis where needed

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial information

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field

· Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance support, or accounting operations

· Strong knowledge of Excel and bookkeeping/accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms

· Good understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and record management

· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

· Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients is an advantage
