Responsibilities:

  • Promote and explain OnCRE’s business support solution to traders and small business owners.
  • Onboard and register business owners accurately on our platform.
  • Maintain positive relationships with merchants and provide basic product support.
  • Collect and share feedback from field visits to help improve the user experience.
  • Prepare simple weekly activity and progress reports.
  • Represent OnCRE professionally and respectfully at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one local language.
  • Confidence and friendliness when engaging with customers.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing is an advantage.
