Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain OnCRE’s business support solution to traders and small business owners.
- Onboard and register business owners accurately on our platform.
- Maintain positive relationships with merchants and provide basic product support.
- Collect and share feedback from field visits to help improve the user experience.
- Prepare simple weekly activity and progress reports.
- Represent OnCRE professionally and respectfully at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language.
- Confidence and friendliness when engaging with customers.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing is an advantage.
