Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store sales and meet monthly targets.
- Manage customer orders, including gifting services and order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reporting.
- Oversee social media content, engagement, and promotional activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Respond to customer inquiries across digital platforms promptly and professionally.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Support daily boutique operations and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
- Preferably a female.
