Responsibilities:

  • Drive in-store sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Manage customer orders, including gifting services and order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and daily reporting.
  • Oversee social media content, engagement, and promotional activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across digital platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Support daily boutique operations and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital customer engagement.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
  • Preferably a female.
