Van Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

• The Van Sales Representative will drive a manual transmission van along assigned routes to sell FMCG food or non-food products directly to retail outlets and customer
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales,stock, and cash collections.

Compensation:

Flat net base salary of GHC 1,500 per month, plus 1% commission on sales. Example: a rep who sells GHC 100,000 worth of product in a month earns GHC 1,000 in commission, for a total of GHC 2,500. A rep who sells GHC 200,000 worth of product earns GHC 2,000 in commission, for a total of GHC 3,500. Commission is performance based and not guaranteed; the flat base of GHC 1,500 is the only fixed amount.
