General Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a General Assistant to provide support across various operational tasks within our organization. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our team, focusing on administrative, logistical, and customer service functions. You will play a key role in promoting efficiency and optimizing processes to enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for inventory management, including tracking stock levels and assisting with orders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support team members in project execution by managing timelines and following up on deliverables.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics, including setup and takedown of events.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the business.
Requirements
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a general assistant or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
