Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing strategic campaigns for our brands. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and attention to detail, helping to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring analytics.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluates in-store experiences, reports assessments within 24 hours, conducts four pre-planned monthly visits, and updates the Marketing Checklist quarterly.
  • Collaborates with store staff and stakeholders to align marketing strategies with store goals, coordinate branding, manage activations, and support POS material, ensuring effective communication and goal alignment.
  • Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager (Media) with compiling SAP orders and capturing invoices for payment where required.
  • Ensures the successful implementation of the PTP system, supports store-specific and ad hoc campaigns during peak times, and participates in special projects for additional experience as capacity allows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
