A Well established Ice Cream Manufacturer is looking for a National Operational Manager.
Qualification:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail
- Experience in Hr – Managing Disciplinaries and other Hr related issues – just basic understanding as the HR Lady would do this
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- Experience supervising staff – the 3 or 4 Operations Managers based in cape town
- Might have to travel to Cape Town if needs to
- The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent Time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communications skills
