A well established company in Cape Town is looking for a Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail
Will be responsible for 3 stores all CBD Based in Cape Town each with a staff of 8
Experience in HR – Managing Disciplinaries and other HR related issues – just basic understanding as the HR Lady would do this
Meticulous with great attention to detail
Experience supervising staff – and getting them to perform
Sorts out issues -ensure there is enough, waffles, pancakes and other stock s etc
The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
Ability to Multitask- be a Team player
Excellent Time management skills
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills reports to National Ops Manager and owner any matters in Jhb
Have excellent communications skills

Computer Skills: Normal Ms Word, Outlook, Excel
