Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinate office activities and administrative support services.

Office and Facility Management:
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and conducive work environment.
  • Supervise procurement and management of office supplies and assets.

Budget and Cost Control:
  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets.
  • Control operational costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Approve administrative expenditures within authorized limits.

Staff Supervision:
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate administrative staff.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs for administrative personnel.

Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Policy Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to administrative functions.

Asset and Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the organization's assets and inventory records.
  • Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and safeguarding of company property.

Support to Management:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives.

Communication and Coordination:
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and organizational activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
  • 4 to 6 years in HR, general office, administration, vendor & contract management
  • Exposure to integrated architecture, construction & real estate development.
  • Smart, builder & effective communication.
  • Not more than 40 years.


Remuneration: NGN 5 Million - 7Million Annual Gross Other incentives.
