Job Purpose: Responsible for the smooth running of all of the hospitality and catering facilities at Head Office, including Meeting Room bookings and refreshment planning, ordering and serving.
Minimum Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning environment.
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.
Key Competencies and Skills:
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring guest areas meet specific aesthetic and hygiene standards.
• Leadership: Ability to guide and monitor the performance of the cleaning team.
• Customer Focus: Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor with guests.
• Time Management: Organizing cleaning schedules to meet guest arrival deadlines.
