Our client in the banking industry is looking for a Process Engineer with 5 years' experience in BPM (modelling BPMN/DMN) to join their team!

To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states; focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.

Technical / Professional Knowledge
- IBM BPM \ BAW
- Kafka/Confluent
- Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps pipelines)
- Java 11, Spring Boot, REST API, JSON
- Ability to Design Solutions
- Experience with functional and performance testing
- Modeling and deploying workflows in Camunda Modeler and integrating them with custom UIs.
- AI enabled workflow optimisation
- Understanding of data driven decision automation
- Publishing / consuming events via Kafka/Confluent
- Camunda 7/8, Camunda Modeler, BPMN 2.0
- Banking knowledge
