Responsibilities:
- Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist with special projects by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely progress.
- Information Management: Handle sensitive documents and confidential company information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Document Production: Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel worksheets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within the finance or professional services sector.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal Excellence: A warm and engaging personality with the ability to build positive professional relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Innovation: A creative mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and improve existing administrative processes.
