Job Summary: The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products.
- Explain the benefits and features of various insurance plans to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised.
