- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and store management teams
- Drive sales growth across allocated retail accounts and territories
- Manage product listings, shelf presence, merchandising, and promotional execution within stores
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and compliance with promotional campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and opportunities for product expansion within existing accounts
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product availability to minimise out-of-stock situations
- Conduct regular store visits, account reviews, and market feedback reporting
- Work closely with internal sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI objectives
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and performance updates for management
