Junior Tax Compliance Administrator

You're perfect for this position if you:

• Have a relevant degree/ qualification.
• Have administration experience.
• Are interested in working with SARS and becoming well versed with the SARS e-Filing platform.
• Have experience managing tax-related matters (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Are process driven and pay close attention to detail.
• Are computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Enjoy being a team player in a busy working environment.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

• Booking and attending relevant SARS appointments (virtual and telephonic)
• Managing the schedule of our tax practitioner
• Managing the administration of tax documents
• Supporting caseworkers with various applications with SARS, including tax emigration and AIT applications
• Processing supporting documentation
• Registering clients on SARS e-filing and on internal platforms
