Key Responsibilities
- Develop the aggregator channel plan and identify suitable prospective partners.
- Conduct partner assessment and due diligence against approved criteria.
- Negotiate terms and coordinate contracting, onboarding, training and activation.
- Monitor network targets, commissions, productivity, reconciliations and network quality.
- Lead partner reviews and coordinate operational and POS deployment needs.
- Maintain partner reporting and enforce KYC/KYB, AML, fraud, customer-protection and brand requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Typically 8 or more years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading people, portfolios or programmes.
- At least 3 years' experience managing aggregators or indirect, multi-tier distribution.
- Experience in payments, fintech, telecoms or a related sector is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, partner-management, analytical and commercial-planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and fraud controls, with willingness to travel extensively.
