Commercial Operations and Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into operating plans, targets, forecasts and performance reviews.
• Oversee agent and merchant operations, field-force execution and POS distribution.
• Develop and oversee onboarding, product, compliance, sales and refresher training.
• Standardise processes, SOPs and controls and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise functional leads, manage budgets and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading teams or programmes.
• Experience in payments, telecoms, FMCG distribution or another high-volume network business.
• Strong commercial planning, performance management, field operations and training skills.
• Strong process design, project management, data analysis and stakeholder-management skills.
