We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sécrétaire Comptable to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing both administrative and financial support to ensure effective office operations and accurate financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including data entry and filing of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
- Assist in the coordination of audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a secrétaire comptable or in a similar administrative financial role.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
