Store Supervisor

Position Overview The Store Supervisor will oversee warehouse and store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials and agricultural products.
Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Storekeeping or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or store management, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing.
• Experience handling agricultural products or bulk commodities is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with stock control systems and inventory tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for agricultural products.
• Monitor stock levels and report variances.
• Supervise store staff and enforce safety procedures.
