• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification a big plus
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman
• Driver’s license
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to read and interpret building plans
• Problem solving skills
• Must be motivated and a self-starter
• Must be detail orientated
• Deadline driven
