- Creditors:
- Creditors handling, company accounts such as pharmacies
- Batching supplier invoices
- Recons
- Debtors:
- Billing / Invoicing
- Statements
- Collecting payments
- Checking that claims have been submitted properly
- Checking that claims have reached the responsible parties by contacting
- Medical aids
- Patients
- 3rd parties
- Credits / reversals
- Recons
- Provide admin support
- Diary management
- Book care plans
- Ordering supplies
- Updating prices
- Crisis management
