  • Office and Front Desk administration
  • Liaise with patients and suppliers
  • Follow up on orders with suppliers
  • Creditors:
    • Creditors handling, company accounts such as pharmacies
    • Batching supplier invoices
    • Recons
  • Debtors:
    • Billing / Invoicing
    • Statements
    • Collecting payments
    • Checking that claims have been submitted properly
    • Checking that claims have reached the responsible parties by contacting
      • Medical aids
      • Patients
      • 3rd parties
    • Credits / reversals
    • Recons
  • Provide admin support
  • Diary management
  • Book care plans
  • Ordering supplies
  • Updating prices
  • Crisis management
