Location: NairobiReports to: Directors / General Manager/ Manager
Responsibilities Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade (Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Stewards). Design and execute seasonal menus showcasing local and continental flavors. Manage food costing, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budget. Maintain exceptional food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Innovate with contemporary culinary techniques and plating.
Requirements Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts. Food Handlers Certification. Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury establishments. Expertise in both local and international cuisines. Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
Salary Range: KES 50,000 – 70,000.
