We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Sales Partner to drive growth for our loan management software. This is a results-driven, commission-only role offering high earning potential without a cap.
• Generate and qualify leads within financial institutions.
• Present tailored credit solutions and software demos to decision-makers.
• Close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Performance-to-Salary Path: Successful partners who consistently hit targets will be eligible to transition to a full-time role with a competitive retainer/base salary.
Qualifications
• Proven B2B Sales Experience: Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit products, financial services, or FinTech is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Network: An existing network within the Ugandan financial or micro-lending sector is a significant advantage.
