Operational Management:
- Build and manage internal systems, trackers, and dashboards
- Maintain KPI reporting (monthly and quarterly packs)
- Create and manage SOPs across both organisations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of both brands
Project & Programme Coordination:
- Support the delivery of angel partner network growth and engagement.
- Supported Business Owner journey and systems.
- Podcast production, guest coordination and Events(networking, conferences, masterclasses)
- Track progress across multiple moving projects
Marketing & Content Coordination:
- Work with Social Media Manager to schedule and manage content (LinkedIn & Instagram focus)
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Support email campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain brand consistency across both businesses
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for angel partners and coaches
- Supported Business Owners and strategic partners (e.g. hospitals, Macmillan teams)
- Ensure professional, warm, and efficient communication
Systems & Tech Ownership:
- The EA will be responsible for managing and optimising the following tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Canva (presentations, social content, branded materials), Mailerlite (email campaigns and automation), Metricool (social media scheduling and reporting), Squarespace (website updates and content management) and Eventbrite (event management)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Operations as an Operations Manager, 5 years minimum experience as a Chief of Staff, or minimum 7 years as an Executive Assistant for a senior leader, founder of CEO.
- MBA or similar Master's Degree at Merit, Bachelor's in any discipline at 2:1 minimum.
- Social Media proficiency certification.
- Must have a dedicated workspace with a laptop with a minimum 8 GB RAM, a headset, a work desk chair, an uninterrupted power supply, high-speed Internet connection backup router
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or operations manager
- Experience supporting a CEO, Founder or senior leader
- Experience in a small business, scale-up, or purpose-led organisation preferred
- Highly Organised & Systems-Driven
- Thinks in structure, process, and optimisation
- Can build systems from scratch and improve existing ones, strategically minded
- Understands business priorities, not just tasks
- Can anticipate needs and think ahead.

Benefits:
- NGN 25,000 data stipend.
- NGN 35,000 fuel stipend.
Remuneration: NGN 600,000 - 1 Million
