    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative support
    • Manage orders, documents and filing systems
    • Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence
    • Assist with day-to-day office operations
    • Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers.
    • Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers.
    • Check all PO’s received from customer.
    • Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear.

    · General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Pleasant, professional personality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
