Our client is looking to recruit a Waitress to join their team.
Salary: KSh 13,000
Experience: More than 3 years in hospitality or customer service
Location: NAIROBI
Requirements
Good communication skills
Jovial, competent and customer‑friendly personality
Strong computer skills for handling orders and billing systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Customer Service is an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
Take and process orders accurately using computer systems
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain records of daily sales and transactions
Uphold company standards and promote a positive dining experience
