Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate staff onboarding and ensure new employees complete the required documentation.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism records.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation and provide accurate staff information when required.
- Handle employee complaints, concerns, and general employee relations matters.
- Support management in handling disciplinary and performance-related matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- CHRP certification is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Commitment to professionalism and people-centered HR practices.
