ASAP Pickers

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented ASAP Pickers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Quickly and accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets or electronic systems.
Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets and deadlines.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Physical work involving standing, lifting, and moving items.
Fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Shift work may be required.
