BAKER

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare, bake, and present a variety of baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for creating delicious treats that delight customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other confections.
Follow established recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.
Decorate baked goods as required, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and work area.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to operate baking equipment.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Food safety certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Standing for extended periods.
Lifting heavy ingredients and baked goods.
