Responsibilities:
- Handle visa applications for several countries
- Provide accurate visa advisory and documentation guidance to clients.
- Review client documents for completeness & compliance.
- Follow up with embassies & application centers where necessary.
- Maintain proper records of applications and processing timelines.
- Provide timely updates & professional customer service to clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a visa processing officer.
