We are seeking a Sales Team Leader based in Umhlanga who can take ownership, inspire performance and deliver measurable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a call centre environment. You will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a strong and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a high performing call centre sales team
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Work closely with business owners on growth and performance strategies
