Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Assist during audits and provide necessary financial information when required.
  • Compliance & Financial Control
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure proper authorization and documentation.
  • Support tax filing and statutory compliance processes.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.
  • Promote adherence to internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience with accounting software and payroll systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory deductions and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to visit customers in the field to verify and monitor debt records.
  • Ability to assist the Customer Service Representative in following up and communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments and account-related matters.
