Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations & staff supervision
  • Drive business development & acquire new clients
  • Promote cleaning equipment sales
  • Operate company vehicle during client visits & provide necessary logistical support as may be required from time to time.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaners and team leaders
  • Manage work schedules, attendance, and performance.
  • Ensure staff follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Monitor cleaning standards and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Prepare operational and sales reports.
  • Monitor operational costs, budgets, and profitability of contracts.
  • Maintain records of client contracts, staff deployment, and inventory.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Operations Management (preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in operations/service industry
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record (mandatory)
  • Business development/sales experience
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
