Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel and tourism products and services.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, insurance, transfers, and tour bookings.
- Liaise with airlines, embassies, hotels, and travel partners.
- Manage customer enquiries and deliver excellent service.
- Execute marketing campaigns and represent the company at events.
- Prepare sales and performance reports and maintain customer records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Professional travel certification is an advantage.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing, or customer service.
