Contracts Manager – Roads & Earthworks

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary construction group operating across the African continent, delivering large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering, and building projects. They are looking for a seasoned, commercially sharp, and site-savvy Contracts Manager to take the lead on major roads and earthworks projects in Zambia.

Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years relevant experience in contacts or project management
• Proven experience working within roads, earthworks or civil infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously
• Registration with ECSA is preferred
• Good understanding of contract law and contracts administration (FIDIC)
• Proficient in MS Office, CCS and project management tools

Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee multiple roads & earthworks projects across Zambia

· Drive programme delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget

· Take charge of contract administration, including FIDIC-based contracts

· Manage variations, claims, and final accounts with confidence

· Oversee commercial performance, cost control, and forecasting

· Lead and mentor project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
