Professional Architectural Technologist

They are looking for a Professional Architectural Technologist who is passionate about technical excellence and wants to be part of a team where their work has a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of the project lifecycle, ensuring that design intent is translated into clear, accurate and buildable documentation.

Requirements:

• 5years of experience in an architectural environment
• Proven experience working on residential, heritage or high-end architectural projects
• Professional registration with SACAP
• Strong proficiency in Revit and other design software

Responsibilities:

· Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation

· Translate conceptual designs into buildable solutions

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders

· Ensure compliance with SANS regulations, building codes, and industry standards

· Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
