Senior Electrical BIM Modeller

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior BIM Electrical Modeller to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled BIM professional who thrives in a collaborative consulting environment and wants to contribute to complex, high-profile projects using cutting-edge modelling and coordination technologies.

Requirements:

• 10years relevant experience working in electrical BIM modelling within a consulting space
• Proven experience modelling building services electrical systems (residential, retail, industrial, commercial)
• Proficient in BIM 360 and Revit MEP

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models for building services projects

· Produce high-quality electrical layouts, schematics, and construction documentation

· Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design teams

· Coordinate models and assist with clash detection and BIM coordination

· Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards and protocols
