Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Shipments: Organize daily inbound and outbound cargo movements across various transportation modes.Ensure Customs Compliance: Monitor and apply import/export regulations to minimize risk and avoid compliance delays.Process Documentation: Complete customs declarations, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists accurately.Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain constant communication with clearing agents, shipping lines, and internal teams for real-time tracking.Resolve Delivery Issues: Track shipments proactively and resolve logistics bottlenecks or transit delays immediately.
Required QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or customs clearing operations.Technical Skills: Proficiency with logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international customs laws, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
