Meriton Properties is seeking ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Real Estate Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong passion for sales and an appetite for success, particularly in the land and property sector.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and field prospecting

⦁ Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships

⦁ Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote property projects

⦁ Achieve and exceed set sales targets within agreed timelines

⦁ Respond promptly to inquiries to maximize conversion rates

⦁ Coordinate with Sales Admin, Marketing, and Legal teams to address customer needs

⦁ Develop and maintain relationships with corporates and key clients

⦁ Build strong partnerships with brokers and property consultants to expand market reach

⦁ Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers

⦁ Accompany clients on site visits and provide guidance on property suitability and value

⦁ Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

⦁ Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities


Qualifications & Requirements

IDEAL candidates SHOULD reside from Ruiru, Juja, Kamakis, Ruai, Kamulu 

⦁ Basic education (Diploma or relevant training is an added advantage)

⦁ Experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)

⦁ Background or exposure to land banking is highly desirable

⦁ Strong communication and negotiation skills

⦁ Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated

⦁ Passion for real estate and sales

⦁ Aggressive and confident in closing deals

⦁ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

⦁ Positive attitude with a strong desire to excel
