Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Actively scout and identify prospective students through social media, community outreach, and educational seminars.
Conversion Management: Guide prospects through the entire funnel—from the initial "I’m interested" to the final tuition payment.
Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute creative affiliate marketing campaigns (online and offline) to raise brand awareness for the university.
Relationship Building: Establish partnerships with high schools, tutorial centers, and youth organizations to create a steady pipeline of applicants.
Counseling: Provide accurate information regarding course offerings, admission requirements, and career pathways to help students make informed decisions.
Reporting: Maintain a database of leads and provide weekly updates on recruitment targets and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in sales, affiliate marketing, or educational consultancy.
The "Hustle" Factor: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should be someone who views a "no" as just a detour to a "yes."
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be as persuasive in a WhatsApp chat as you are in a formal presentation.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM tools, social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and basic data management (Excel/Google Sheets).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Network: An existing network within the education sector or youth communities is a massive advantage.
