Ensure that company achieves wholesale objectives through effective dealer management
Main Responsibilities
Achieve Sales ObjectivesAchieve periodic Sales volume targets
Dealer ManagementDealerships sales support, monitoring and management
Detailed Description of Tasks
Achieve sales objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume targets
Dealer Management
Monitor monthly sales.
Research Power Products competitors and customers.
Identify and manage all sales performance barriers.
Market analysis and forecasts
Re-align sales objectives and action plans.
Monitor & controlling the sales process.
New product launch strategies in conjunction with dealers
Ensure correct stock levels to achieve sales objectives.
Customer relationship management
Ensure sales profitability and satisfaction levels.
Maintain overall dealer network.
Propose best supply plan according to sales plans.
Propose relevant sales support tools, brochures, website information, advertising materials and demonstrations.
Provide effective sales promotion plans for all dealers.
Facilitate sales skills training and new model training in conjunction with HSAF Training division
