ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management
Assist in maintaining and improving QA and QC systems / processes / standards.
To comply with the ISO 9001 accreditation and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
Assist with and ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits. (Depending on Department) Ensure and follow up, that corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.
Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies (If any)
Arrange quarterly audit performance meetings (Management Review Meetings) within the business.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO9001)
Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting.
Responsible for internal and external audit schedules and related activities
Assist the various departments to keep all work instructions up to date according to business improvement and quality.
Health & Safety
Capture IOD’S on RMA System and make sure that all documents are loaded on RMA.
HIRA – Inspections done with Health & Safety Manager
Check all the SHE Rep, Fire fighters, First Aiders and Chemical Controllers files.
Minutes of all SHE and Committee Meetings
Keep track of all First Aid Stock
Keep track of Calibration certificates for Alco blow
Update and Maintain the SHE Folders (documents)
Do Induction for new employees and contractors.
Induction for Visitors and contract workers if Health & Safety Manager is not available.
Keep Notice Boards up to date with SHE information.
Document Control Function:
Help prepare Data Books
Scan and save MPI’s, Weld Maps, Paint Maps etc.
Maintain and save all Material Certificates
Prepare MPI’s accordingly.
